In the morning we will practise yoga with Julija Važnevičienė – a certified Yoga Alliance teacher (Vinyasa Flow, Prana Flow), and certified Lila Game guide. In addition to her research and practical knowledge, Julija has a wonderful gift – especially strong empathy. It helps her to match the technique exactly to the person and find the most appropriate answers to open up freedom from within. Morning activities with Julija help to harmonize physical and spiritual well-being and deeply integrate with oneself.

Also, Julija for everyone will lead Lila – a game that leads to an intense energetic process. A game published by Indian yogi thousands of years ago, also known as the Game of the Gods. Along the way, players find the key to the most difficult problems, get out of the biggest jams of their lives, and go through energy states that help them get to know themselves better.

The Blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) is a plant of amazing beauty that has been worshiped and held sacred in Egypt for centuries. Even the Egyptians of today say that the blue lotus flower symbolises creation and rebirth for them. This tea has a very relaxing effect and can be used to experience bright, lucid dreams. During the retreat, we will perform the ritual of drinking this tea one evening and include a special meditation in it. Then we will go into the night practice: we will apply the techniques of lucid dreaming to experience the awakening in our dreams. By being open to the positive, euphoric effects of this sacred flower, we will have the opportunity to decipher our subconscious messages and hear our spiritual guides more clearly.

The program of the retreat will be enriched with sound massage specialist Simonas. Sound baths are health procedures, and everyone who wants to recover or strengthen harmony should enjoy and experience them. During these procedures, Tibetan bowls are used. The goal of Simonas playing is to excite conscious sound listening and lead the mind to the unknown and incomprehensible sound diversity under development spaces. These spaces allow consciousness to grow and mature.

Rapeh is shamanic sacral medical tool, the spirit of stars medicine, which has been used in the Amazon pool countries for thousands of years. Rapeh used in shamanistic rituals is very deep and can have healing and transforming effects. Rapeh is also an air medicine. When we blow, we can receive the blessing of Grandpa’s wind. Grandpa’s Wind is a universal energy source that opens the upper energy channels to clear our thoughts, clear our minds, and blend with the best essences. Ceremony will be led by Ieva Žigonė. Ieva has more than 5 years experience with shamans practices. Experience in various shamanic travels by traveling with local shamans and healers helped Ieva to open intuitive capabilities to lead special ceremonies through healing power of nature.

Retreat closing will be with a special, magical cacao ceremony by Ieva Žigonė. We travel to your heart and celebrate complete liberation and a new life. Cacao is a gift from nature and our ancestors relied on it. When used properly, medicines can help us open our minds, dig deeper into ourselves, and open up our freedom of creativity. The cacao ritual tradition comes from the Aztec civilisation in Mexico, where cacao was used in various ritual ceremonies that merged with the essence of love. Today, cocoa rituals are widespread around the world as an opportunity to know, feel, and free yourself. Cacao is called the drink of the Gods, the nectar of the Gods, and the seed of life.
